Physical Accessibility at the Camp (Stay Incredible Camp)
Due to the remote location and the natural, sandy terrain of the Sam Sand Dunes, Jaisalmer, there are inherent challenges to full physical accessibility. Our commitment is to provide clear information and make reasonable accommodations where possible.
Physical Accessibility Details:
Terrain: The camp area, including paths between tents, the courtyard, and dining area, consists primarily of natural sand and uneven surfaces, which may make wheelchair and mobility device navigation difficult.
Accommodation: Our accommodations are Swiss Tents (The Jaisalmer Suite, The Desert Tent, The Thar Tent), which typically involve entry steps or raised platforms. We do not currently offer dedicated, fully ADA/WCAG compliant wheelchair-accessible restrooms or showers.
Activities: Activities like Camel Safaris and Jeep Dune Bashing may require a degree of physical mobility and may not be suitable for all guests.
We strongly advise guests with specific physical accessibility requirements to contact us directly prior to booking. Our team will personally discuss your needs, provide the most up-to-date information on the camp's layout, and work to ensure your stay is as comfortable and incredible as possible.
